Ivory white paws padded down, the hard texture of the cave's bottom creating a roughness towards the cat's touch. Pacing slightly, the slim figure of the feline travelled from left to right. He was just doing his duty, as a cave-guard. Vowing himself to any danger, ready to hurl himself at anything who dares tresspass. The feline just twitched his tail, his fur fluffing up slightly as a chill ran down his back. Instant memories of his kin floating through his mind. Blinking his multicolored oculars many times, the felidae attempted to forget everything. But truly, his losses made him crumble. He could almost feel if, the cracking of his thin transparent bones that are hidden under a thick layer of skin. Despite his troubles with the past, the cat still carried a happy gleam in his eye. The right eye, the one that shone the most. The iris of a pretty sky blue. The feline just answered his jubilant stare with a fact that he was happy to even be a proud cave-guard of his Tribe. Clouded with many emotions, the felidae had a divided life of regret and happiness. Both tugging through his heart. But in the end, the calico still remained alive. Barely, but still alive. This cat, named Lichen that Grows on Rock.
